Shipping & Duties
Boards will be ready to ship 20 days after ordering.
For U.S. orders, additional 25 days are needed for Sea-freight to your door.
For EU/ Rest of the world, Airfreight option will take 15 days.
For U.S. & most EU countries, Duties are paid by us before shipping, however, a small fee might be incurred depending on which EU country you are in.
Warranty
Our products have delivered exceptional performance in the toughest of terrains. Be it World Speed records with the Superflux, or Thors being run with the best riders in the European Onewheel League races. Therefore, we know our products are extremely reliable and robust, and we stand by our products. Users will have a 1 year repair or replace warranty for the Superflux, The Thor VESC, and the Battery! (except in cases of user error).

Board showed up after waiting approximately the time quoted. Board is super strong, and very comfortable. Love that the board is VESC and can be tweaked the way I want to ride!
Significantly more power than a GTS and similar range for $1000 less. Plus it's a VESC so it rides amazing and supports all the accessories of the XR
I was excited to order my fun wheel x7 on may 10th. After 3 long months of waiting I finally received it in the mail today, August 4th. I opened the box, as everything was pre assembled already, took the fun wheel out and charged it first. All included was the charger the board and a few stickers. Took it outside for a test on the sidewalk and the right side of the board dipped really low and the plastic cable clip broke. I flipped the board over an inspected what happened, there was no bolts in the rails at all to the motor block and wheel. Nothing. To make it more disappointing there was a green Quality Control sticker directly next to where the missing bolts were never installed or included. I waited 3 months and literally cannot even ride the thing at all. Had to walk home carrying the board extremely disappointed. I tried to contact support through the discord app as directed by my friend who convinced me to buy this product, but the message “fails to send” for some reason. Hopefully someone else sees this and helps me out with getting the bolts and getting rolling, until then I can’t give a reason to buy this thing. Could have easily hurt myself if I wasn’t being super slow and cautious
Dokonałem zakupu 10 lutego 2025. Po długim oczekiwaniu i przesuwaniu wysyłki dostałem informację 10 kwietnia, że przesyłka została w końcu nadana drogą morska , tak jak zapłaciłem.
Do dzisiaj 30 lipca przesyłki nie otrzymałem. Nie mam ani deski, ani moich 2200$. Na każdą moją wiadomość z prośbą o zwrot pieniędzy dostaję informację, że coś się musiało opóźnić, że kontrola celna itp. i że mam czekać. Mam jeszcze bardzo małą nadzieję, że paczka w końcu dotrze, bo trudno sie pogodzić ze stratą 2200$.
Nie wiem czy to mój pech czy celowe działanie, ale weźcie pod uwage moją sytuacje zanim zdecydujecie sie na zakup.
Im very sorry Maciek; this is not good at all. We had many issues with Customs authorities in Europe when shipping wiht Sea freight. This is the reason we have stopped shipping with sea freight for Eu countries now. We only do airfreight which doesnt have these issues.
The customs take the boards and take a long time to inspect it...and ask us a lot of questions. It takes 15 days to 30 days for them to release it sometimes.
I know this is not cool, but rest assured, if the customs do not solve it in 30 days we will get a full refund processed immediately. Thank you for understanding.
This board is amazing really powerful and such an improvement over the Onewheel GT. Size does matter.
